- No refunds: Because many products are prepared and packed on order, no refunds are provided once an order has been placed and preparation has started.
- Payment & delivery: Delivery is processed after payment is received and confirmed. Prepared medicine is typically shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier, the Post Office, store collection points, or circumstances beyond our control, but we will assist with tracking where possible.
- Correct information: You are responsible for providing the correct contact and delivery details. Incorrect details may cause delays or failed delivery.
